How does data security work?
Your data is hosted in AWS Mumbai, encrypted in transit and at rest, with role-based access and a tamper-evident audit log. We're DPDP-aligned and on the ISO 27001 roadmap.
Can my staff use it on basic Android phones?
Yes. Every ward-staff flow is mobile-first with large tap targets and works on basic Android phones — including WhatsApp magic-link sign-in.
What if we already have an HMIS?
QualiTrack complements your HMIS for quality and compliance workflows. CSV import is available today; HMIS connectors are on the Q4 2026 roadmap.
How long is onboarding?
